This is one of the mantras of Mr. Chris Hart Owner/Operator. I personally referred a good friend and neighbor to this "team" and the outcome was Great! It is hard to refer people without worrying if it will come back to bite you, Thankfully, we have had many positive experiences personally and my neighbor told me it has been the best decision she has made being out of state and all. . Chris, his wife and the entire HART team are all very professional and extremely knowledgeable with the sales of the area, the neighborhood, the history of the market, and the economy. Each case is unique & individual in itself. With all that taken into consideration, along with his many years of experience, he delivers very good solid advice. Myself and my neighbor are excited and thankful to be working with him and his friendly staff. I will continue to refer him for sales and rentals to my family & friends and you should too! Hart Realty and Property Management was a vital key in gaining our new office in a timely manner which was also within our price range. It was extremely valuable to have a company like Hart Realty take care of all the details allowing you to do what you do best! When I had questions or concerns, I contacted Chris and he took it from there which was a relief as I know and trust he will handle things professionally and ethically with an unparalleled knowledge in real estate throughout this area. I placed my investment property on Hart Realty's property management program and am thoroughly pleased. I tried a few other companies and had nothing but unpleasureable experiences. My property manager gave me an assessment of what needed to happen with my property to increase its leasing potential. They even had their own maintenance team to handle the repairs that needed to be conducted (which I was surprised at the prices they charge. Much lower than I expected). They've kept me abreast of everything along the way and before I knew it, my place was rented and has been for a while now. I've since visited their office and staff and was very impressed by the operation this company is running. I HIGHLY recommend this company as they have MANAGED my property with Quality Service & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. It's good to know there are still companies out there that know how to MANAGE properties. YOU WON'T be dissapointed!
